a day in taichung

we went to taichung hoping to explore its museums only to find them all closed. we stumbled upon a hidden gem selling the most amazing pineapple cake, wandered the colorful streets of rainbow village, snapped photos as we explored, and somehow, it all just clicked. what started as a letdown turned into one of the best surprises of our trip. taichung ended up being my favorite city in taiwan ⊹₊⟡⋆ #taiwan #taiwantravel #taichung
