Heavy Mental Breakdown – Ep. 129: Raptors (Lighthouse)

Raptors join Heavy Mental Breakdown to break down “Lighthouse,” a deeply personal song about the night the vocalist attempted his own life, and the moment something inside him told him not to go through with it. The song explores feeling lost in the darkness, searching for somewhere to finally rest, and finding a reason to keep going. Ike and I share a similar story, making this a deeply personal conversation about suicide awareness and why these stories need to be heard. Sometimes, finding your lighthouse means simply choosing to stay. #HeavyMentalBreakdownPodcast #MentalHealthAwareness #SuicideAwareness #Raptors #Lighthouse
