After 14 years of Disney holidays, we finally did something completely different, our first holiday to Majorca (Mallorca)! 🇪🇸 After flying with Jet2 from Bournemouth Airport, We spent a week based in Can Picafort, exploring the north of Majorca and discovering just how much there is to see beyond the traditional beach holiday. From the historic streets of Alcúdia Old Town and Pollença to the incredible coastline at Platja de Muro, Son Bauló and Port d'Alcúdia, this is our honest first-timers guide to Majorca and what happened when two Disney travellers tried a completely different kind of holiday. For 14 years, Disneyland Paris and Disney trips have been our comfort zone. We love the rides, the planning and having somewhere to be next. So spending seven days somewhere we'd never visited before, with no theme parks and a much slower pace, was a surprisingly big change for us. And we genuinely weren't sure whether we'd enjoy it.
