CABI Agriculture and Bioscience's Associate Editor workshops: Peer-review process

The last workshop focused on the peer-review process, which is a critical step in ensuring the quality and validity of research work before publication. TCC Africa’s Joy Owango and Nicholas Outa led the discussions and provided insights into the peer-review process and the importance of addressing bias to ensure the quality and diversity of research work. The participants gained a better understanding of the peer-review process and the potential biases that can affect it, as well as practical strategies to promote fairness and inclusivity in peer review.
