Carrie - Main Theme Piano & Orchestra (1976)

Carrie Main Theme Piano & Orchestra Happy Halloween!!!!!! =D I love everything about this horror film; the cast, the characters, the music. Pino Donaggio was the perfect choice for this. It captures the sadness of the film instead of just the horror. Great film one of the best King adaptions. His first book, amazing really, a 19 year old student writing about a subject that you would think he wouldn't know much about. But he does it brilliantly. The ending of the original I thought couldve been better. Like this, instead of the cheap scares of a hand coming out of the grave how about showing the prom photo where Carrie is happy with Tommy before the craziness with some written along the lines of what I wrote in the video. I thought that wouldve fit better. I haven't seen the new one yet. I saw the trailer and saw everything I needed to. Chloe Grace Moretz for one is just too good looking to play the part, I have no problem with Moretz by the way, she was hilarious in Kick-Ass, however not only her but everyone in the school seems to have supermodel looks. Did that school have some kind of attractiveness policy. No admission unless hollywood standard looks. I know sometimes good looking people do get bullied but mostly its not like that and we all know it. The Chloe Grace Moretz's of the world rarely get bullied. They go on to be hollywood stars... playing teens who get bullied. That isn't suggesting that only good looking people bully. How it normally goes is, the average and the ugly get bullied while the very good looking continue on oblivious to any of it, not ever knowing that side of teenage life, maybe they think they have been bullied but their view of bullying is usually very different to the real victims view of it, again not always the case but the majority. I think about 1 in 10000 people are hollywood standard in looks. But in Carrie 2013 we have an entire school packed with them. In the original the main bully was probably the best looking but she wasn't super model good-looking, how often do you see people in real life who are perfect looking like those lot? But then again I haven't seen it, I might really like it... I doubt it though. Sissy Spacek will always be Carrie to me.
