Our exploration of Humility was so personal and heartfelt that we are going to roll over into a third week. This is the 10th American Mussar Cycle since we started gathering in March 2020. Mussar is a Jewish spiritual practice that helps you identify those parts of the soul that cause you to get stuck, and offers a path towards balance and healing through mindful action. This is a drop in group, people of all ages, religious backgrounds, and any level of Jewish knowledge welcome. Everyone had an opportunity to share their perspective, connect to others, and pick a practice for the following week. You are invited to experience this for yourself.
