Dilbagh Singh is a prominent figure in Singapore's Sikh community, known for his extensive contributions to education and cultural preservation. A retired educator, he studied Geography and Sociology at Keele University in the UK and has served as the President of the Central Sikh Gurdwara Board (CSGB). In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in establishing the CSGB Visiting Professorship in Sikh Studies at the National University of Singapore's Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, aiming to deepen the understanding of Sikhism and its cultural heritage. Additionally, Mr. Singh serves on the Advisory Board of the Indian Heritage Centre, contributing to the preservation and promotion of Indian culture in Singapore.
