9 Combat Fire Cape

In today's video I will attempt to once again achieve yet another personal goal for myself, as well as simultaneously reclaim the title for the lowest level combat fire cape in all of Runescape. This fire cape was achieved at 9 combat, taking down the quickly shrinking record which was previously just set a few days ago by Xzact at 14 combat. I'm also not just saying this, but Xzact is truly one of the best, if not the best, all-around pvmer I know.
