Every shift looks ordinary from the outside. Coffee gets made, orders come in, the bar gets cleaned, the lights go off… and tomorrow, we do it all again. But somewhere between those shifts, I’m trying to build something more. I’m starting Off Shift from Muscat with what I have — my phone, my everyday life, and no idea exactly where this will lead.
