The Best Close Combat Sword - Swiss Degen by Todd Cutler

Early Christmas Upload! The Swiss Degen by Todd Cutler is truly a magnificent specimen of a sidearm. The dude is too humble about this. The Degen/Basilard was common throughout the middle ages and was wielded primarily by the common man. It is a super effective, light, and strong piece of kit that any great historical reenactor should possess! @SandRhomanHistory is a great channel that talks primarily about the time period where these were popular. Check him out!
