Using a BROKEN Katana Build to DOMINATE Maxtac in CYBERPUNK 2077

This build is vanilla! the full build is shown at the end of the video. the main premise to how it works is using berserks increased finisher rate plus 2 finisher rate increasing mods on the katana. This essentially makes it so that every time you enter berserk you are able to do finishers without attacking the enemy first. if anyone would like amore detailed tutorial on this please leave a comment down below and ill be sure to make one!
