ESS Employee Personal Information Workflow: How should a DDO configure the Maker–Checker–Approver workflow for employee requests raised through the NIDHI Portal? This video shows the DDO-side ESS workflow configuration screen and the Maker, Checker and Approver setup. Important update: The ESS screens for Family Members, Nomination, Name, Date of Birth and other Employee Personal Information have been updated. Requests submitted by employees through the NIDHI Portal are routed through the Employee Personal Information Workflow. Before processing these requests, the DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer) must configure the Maker–Checker–Approver workflow in ESS. After configuration, employee requests are routed to the respective Maker, Checker and Approver for verification and approval.
