This quick and easy Kalakand recipe with paneer and condensed milk is perfect for festivals, celebrations and whenever you are craving a homemade Indian mithai. ✨ Why you’ll love this recipe: Ready in just 10 minutes • No long milk-reducing process • Made with easily available ingredients • Soft, creamy and grainy texture • Perfect homemade Indian sweet • Great for Janmashtami, Diwali and other festivals If you are looking for an easy Kalakand recipe, instant Kalakand recipe, paneer Kalakand, Kalakand with condensed milk, Kalakand with milk powder or a quick Indian sweet recipe, this recipe is for you! 🥛 Instant Kalakand Recipe in 10 Minutes Ingredients Paneer – 200 g, grated or finely crumbled Sweetened condensed milk – 200 g / ½ tin Milk powder – 2 tbsp Cardamom powder – ½ tsp Ghee – 1 tsp, for greasing Chopped pistachios – 2 tbsp, for garnish Method 1. Prepare the paneer Grate or crumble 200 g paneer very finely. If using store-bought paneer, squeeze out any excess water. 2. Mix everything In a non-stick pan, add paneer, 200 g condensed milk and 2 tbsp milk powder. Mix everything well before switching on the flame. 3. Cook on low-medium flame Switch on the flame and cook while stirring continuously. Initially, the mixture may become loose and watery because the condensed milk melts and the moisture releases. 4. Keep stirring Continue cooking and stirring. Gradually, the excess moisture will evaporate and the mixture will become thick and start coming together. 5. Add cardamom When the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan, add ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well. 6. Know when to stop cooking Do not overcook. The mixture should be thick and hold together but should still have some moisture. Overcooking can make the Kalakand dry and hard. 7. Set the Kalakand Grease a 7 × 7-inch tray with a little ghee and line it with butter/parchment paper. Transfer the mixture and spread it evenly to about ¾–1 inch thickness. 8. Garnish Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top and gently press them into the Kalakand. 9. Set and cut Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate until firm. For clean pieces, chill for about 45–60 minutes before cutting into squares. ⭐ Important Tips for Perfect Kalakand • Use fresh, soft paneer for the best texture. • Remove excess water from paneer, but don't make the paneer completely dry. • Always cook on low to medium heat and stir continuously. • Don't worry if the mixture becomes watery at first — this is normal. Keep cooking and the moisture will gradually evaporate. • Do not overcook after the mixture starts leaving the pan; this keeps Kalakand soft and moist. • For the authentic Kalakand texture, keep the mixture slightly grainy rather than completely smooth. • For neat cuts, allow it to cool and chill before slicing. • Store refrigerated in an airtight container and consume within a few days. 💬 Tell me in the comments: Have you ever tried making Kalakand at home? 👍 If you enjoyed this recipe, please LIKE the video, SHARE it with your family and friends, and SUBSCRIBE to Aneri’s Kitchen for more easy, delicious and festive vegetarian recipes. #Kalakand #InstantKalakand #KalakandRecipe #JanmashtamiSpecial #IndianSweets #PaneerKalakand #PaneerRecipes #IndianDessert #EasySweetRecipe #FestivalRecipes #JanmashtamiRecipes #DiwaliSweets #Mithai #MilkSweet #CondensedMilkRecipe #milkfudge instant kalakand recipe, kalakand recipe, kalakand recipe in 10 minutes, instant kalakand in 10 minutes, how to make kalakand, kalakand with paneer, paneer kalakand, paneer kalakand recipe, kalakand with condensed milk, kalakand with milk powder, instant kalakand recipe with condensed milk, easy kalakand recipe, quick kalakand recipe, soft kalakand recipe, grainy kalakand recipe, kalakand sweet recipe, Indian sweet recipe, Indian dessert recipe, easy Indian sweets, quick Indian sweet, festival sweet recipe, Janmashtami sweet recipe, Janmashtami special sweet, Janmashtami recipes, Diwali sweet recipe, homemade kalakand, milk cake recipe, paneer burfi, paneer sweet recipe, condensed milk sweets, milk powder sweets, 10 minute sweet recipe, milk fudge
