POV: I accidentally mastered chocolate chip cookies 🍪🙈

baking was one of the things on my little “restart my life” list… so I decided to start with a classic: chocolate chip cookies 🍪 I wanted to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie, and somehow… I think I actually did it. crispy edges, soft and chewy centre, melty chocolate and everything I want in a chocolate chip cookie 🤎 thanks for watching ♡ #chocolatechipcookies #bakingvlog #lifestylevlog ingredients: 168g (3/4 cup) of unsalted butter 212g (1 cup) of brown sugar 50g (1/4 cup) of granulated sugar 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract 220g (1 3/4 cup) of all purpose flour 3.4g (3/4 teaspoon) of baking soda 210g (1 1/4 cup) of roughly chopped chocolate a pinch of sea salt on top of the cookies when baked notes: make sure to cool your brown butter before adding it to the sugar as it can burn be sure to watch your cookies as they bake as every oven is different and once the edges have turned golden brown, it’s time to take them out! you can also add more chocolate if you would like 😉 there’s no such thing as “too much chocolate” 🩵 disclaimer: this is not my recipe and i’m linking here for more info! https://bromabakery.com/best-chocolat...
