She Wanted Us to Pick Up Her Washer & Dryer… Then This Happened

A customer wasn't too happy with the washer and dryer we delivered because they were older machines. They looked good, we had tested them, and they worked but she still wasn't sure about them! Then I got a message saying the dryer wasn't working right and that we might need to come pick the set back up. Turns out… the dryer wasn't really the problem. 😂 In this video I'm sharing the whole story and talking about one of the sides of the washer and dryer rental business that doesn't get talked about much... dealing with customer expectations, complaints, troubleshooting, and trying to keep people happy.
