Bringing water closer to home means more than convenience | Sangita Chepang

Sangita Chepang remembers a childhood when having clean water meant hours of walking, often starting at 3 or 4 in the morning. She and her siblings helped their mother fetch water, alongside the many other chores of daily life. Today, she's happy to see water reaching a neighboring village despite the difficult terrain—and hopes that her own village can experience the same change one day. For her, bringing water closer to home is more than convenience. It's a dream she once thought was impossible. #Water #RuralNepal #CommunityEngagement #Stories #ElevateNepal
