Public Hearing - 310 Old Stockbridge Road - "Elm Court" - continued from September 16th, request for modification of existing Special Permit (Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 6094, Page 267) under §8.2 "Resorts" of the Zoning Bylaw to alow a 74-key hotel resort, including restaurant and spa uses, as well as the construction of up to 38 single-family residences on the property.
