Pokemon Rejuvenation v14 NG+ Mono Ice / Pulse2 Ch. 9+10

This is a NG+ run with the fullevs password enabled. Allowing crests that give a mon the Ice type like Castform and Sawsbuck. At the time of this video I'm in Ch.16 Pt3, so I'm slowly uploading these now. Gonna do both Paragon and Renegade Route (if I can), starting with Paragon and then continuing Renegade afterward.
