Episode 79 Surprise!

It's been a minute family! I am not sure the universe wanted me to release anything until today. The topics seem relevant. In this episode I talk about health, how optimization can be good but how we can get stuck in an unhealthy cycle of trying to fix and more. Yes, I took time off, but when I went to record (a few times) nothing worked. All of a sudden when I feel the call to release episode 79, everything worked for me to record the intro. This episode was recorded a couple of months ago. The intro is obviously from today. I have missed all of you. Since taking off time I am up to over 1k in downloads and that is wild to me. So wild.
