THE CHURCHES OF EPHESUS AND SMYRNA || THE OVERCOMERS 2

In this revelatory teaching, the second in the Overcomers Series, Prophet Edem Julius-Cudjoe examines the prophetic significance of two of the seven churches of Revelation, Ephesus and Smyrna. He explains how the spiritual conditions of these historical Asia Minor congregations mirror contemporary challenges, contributing to a broader series theme on how the seven letters to the churches provide a complete picture of the body of Christ. The teaching begins with Ephesus, highlighting the danger of prioritizing routine and doctrinal correctness over the "first love," and urges believers to return to an intimate, passionate relationship with Jesus. Moving to Smyrna, it explores the nature of bitter affliction and tribulation, encouraging believers to remain faithful and joyful amid trials, anchored by the promise of eternal life and divine approval. ------------------------------------------- Join us in person: 📅 Every Sunday @ 12:30pm GMT 📍 The Son Place (Mikaddo Plaza, Labone, Accra) 💬 Like, Comment and Subscribe to our channel.
