Azeba Beach 🌊 | Chicken Biryani Recipe 🍗 | Eid Milad Un Nabi Special | Biryani Distribution ❤️

Assalamu Alaikum ❤️ Welcome back to another vlog! 🌸 In today’s vlog, we visited Azeba Beach 🌊 and enjoyed the beautiful weather for a little while. After spending some time at the beach, we went for tea ☕ and then did some grocery shopping. The next day, I prepared a large quantity of Chicken Biryani for distribution. I made this biryani especially for Eid Milad Un Nabi ﷺ and packed it into parcels to distribute to people. ❤️ 🍚 3 KG Chicken Biryani Recipe Ingredients: • 3 KG Rice • 3 KG Chicken • 2 Packets Biryani Masala • ½ KG Yogurt • National Mixed Pickle • Tamarind • Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli Paste • Salt • Red Chilli • Turmeric • Whole Spices • Fried Onions For the rice, I used approximately 9½ large mugs of rice and around 15 mugs of water. First, I fried the onions and then added the chicken. Once the chicken became light brown, I added ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Then I added all the spices, salt, yogurt, mixed pickle and a little tamarind. Everything was cooked and bhunaoed well until the masala was nicely roasted. After that, I added the measured water. Once the water started boiling, I added the washed rice. When the water dried up, I covered the pot and gave the biryani approximately 25 minutes of dum.
