Welcome to another day in my life as a natural bodybuilder! 💪🔥 In this fitness lifestyle vlog, I’m taking you through my complete daily routine—from waking up in the morning and getting ready to training, to my meals, shoulder workout, final meal, and supplements.
For me, bodybuilding is not just about lifting weights in the gym. It’s about discipline, consistency, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and following the process every single day. This vlog gives you a glimpse into how I structure my day around fitness and natural bodybuilding.
My day starts in the morning. After waking up, I begin my basic morning routine by brushing my teeth and grooming myself. I then drink water and have my amla juice before heading to the gym. Starting the day with a proper routine helps me get into the right mindset and prepare myself for training.
My first workout of the day is an abs workout. Core training is an important part of my overall fitness routine, and I like to dedicate time specifically to training my abs and strengthening my core. Building a strong physique isn't only about big arms, chest, or shoulders—it’s also about developing a strong and balanced core.
After completing my abs workout, I head back home for my first meal of the day.
My first meal is a high-protein vegetarian bodybuilding meal consisting of rice, soy, paneer, and around half a kilogram of curd. As a vegetarian, I focus on getting enough protein from different vegetarian food sources and building my meals around foods that support my training and overall fitness goals.
Rice provides carbohydrates that can help fuel training and daily activity, while soy and paneer provide protein. Curd is another part of my meal that I enjoy including in my diet. My approach to bodybuilding nutrition is based on consistency and making sure my daily food choices fit into my overall fitness lifestyle.
After my first meal and some time at home, I head back to the gym for another training session. This time, the focus is on shoulders. Shoulder training is one of the most important parts of building an aesthetic and balanced physique because well-developed shoulders can create a broader appearance and improve overall proportions.
I trained shoulders during this session, although I didn’t record the workout. Sometimes not every part of the day needs to be filmed. Some workouts are simply about putting the phone away, focusing on the weights, and giving everything you have to the training session.
For me, the camera is secondary. The real goal is progress.
After completing my shoulder workout, I return home and prepare for my final meal of the day. My last meal includes muesli, salad, and protein. This is another part of my daily nutrition routine that helps me stay consistent with my protein intake while keeping my overall diet structured around my bodybuilding goals.
Along with my final meal, I also take my regular supplements, including a multivitamin and other supplements that are part of my routine. Supplements are only one small part of the bigger picture. Training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, consistency, and discipline are what really create long-term progress.
This entire day represents something much bigger than just a workout routine. Natural bodybuilding requires patience. You cannot build a great physique overnight. It takes months and years of showing up, training hard, eating properly, recovering, and staying committed even when motivation is low.
There will always be days when you don’t feel like training. There will always be distractions, busy schedules, tiredness, and difficult phases. But discipline means continuing to work toward your goals even when you don't feel motivated.
That is why I believe fitness is a lifestyle rather than a temporary phase.
My goal with these videos is to show the real side of bodybuilding—the meals, workouts, morning routine, discipline, consistency, and everyday habits that happen behind the physique.
If you are also on your fitness journey, remember that you don't need to be perfect every single day. What matters most is consistency over the long term. Focus on improving yourself, stay patient, learn about your nutrition and training, and keep working toward becoming a better version of yourself.
Whether your goal is muscle building, fat loss, getting shredded, improving strength, or simply becoming healthier, the fundamentals remain important: train consistently, eat according to your goals, recover properly, and stay disciplined.
