Join me for Part 2, of our Plaistow Abbey Arms = to East Ham, on-foot historical pub crawl tour. Filmed on Wednesday 12th July 2023. In this part of the tour = A beer + a full tour & history, of this lovely old pub. which once "would've been packed to bursting, on match days = at the nearby West Ham Football Ground." Although, the Football Ground & its heritage, has now "sadly moved out of the area." The Boleyn Tavern "thankfully still remains" 👌 And looking absolutely stunning, after its 2021 renovation "which put the interior of the pub back to exactly how it would've looked, when it first opened its doors in 1900." + the lovely work done on the exterior, which has really improved the overall appearance of the pub! The full history, is covered in this one = We even get to see the "framed original 1890 Indenture Deed = which is basically (THE CREATION OF THE BOLEYN TAVERN) & where it all began."
