LARA Kitchen Tour: Developing a Cloud-Native Platform | Labyrinth Labs | #nobullshit.camp

How do you keep a cloud-native platform fresh without setting customer workloads on fire? 🔥 LARA is built from Kubernetes, curated addons, cloud-native tooling and AWS services. Adding new ingredients is the easy part. Making sure every upgrade, dependency change and new feature works without breaking what's already running on top is where the real work happens. Jakub and Martin take you behind the scenes of the LARA kitchen: how the team spots potentially breaking changes, builds and tests new features, crafts releases and rolls them out to customers as smoothly as possible. 🎤 Jakub Stehlík, DevOps Engineer at Labyrinth Labs 🔗  / jakub-stehl%c3%adk-a486361b9   🎤 Martin Odstrčilík, Chief LARA Officer at Labyrinth Labs 🔗   / martin-o-90316477   Recorded live at #nobullshit.camp on 23 September 2026 at Nová Cvernovka, Bratislava. One stage, one day, and a room full of DevOps engineers, platform engineers and tech leaders sharing the stories behind what they actually build. ▶️ All talks:    • #nobullshit.camp   🏕️ https://nobullshit.camp 💼   / nobullshit-camp   Organized by Labyrinth Labs: https://lablabs.io #Kubernetes #PlatformEngineering #AWS
