This is an in-depth look at the forms needed and fee structure. Buying a classic with no title? Or is the title lost with no proof of ownership? Follow along as I show how to get license plates with a Bill of Sale through a "no title" state. You can then show proof of ownership to your local DMV and get a title. This is a little known tool that will help get a lot of classic cars back on the road instead of rusting away in fields. In the video I explain that the "Trucks" section is for Semi Truck (Big Trucks) - this is wrong. It is for Pickup trucks as well.
