Lindsay Clancy is expected back in a Plymouth courtroom Monday for a hearing that could determine whether she will face a second trial in the deaths of her three children. Judge William Sullivan is expected to hear arguments on the defense's motion to dismiss the case on double jeopardy grounds following September's mistrial, when jurors were unable to reach a unanimous verdict. Prosecutors are fighting the dismissal, arguing the mistrial was properly declared and that the Commonwealth should be allowed to pursue another trial. The judge will also consider several other outstanding motions, including a prosecution request to limit attorneys' public comments about the case.
