South Swedish Rally | Following the final days of the national championship

Follow the South Swedish Rally through the beautiful countryside of southern Sweden. Over two days I follow the crews from the start ramp to the gravel stages, introducing some of the drivers and co-drivers along the way and keeping track of how they progress through the rally. The first day doesn't go quite according to plan as I struggle to reach the stages in time. The next morning I head out early and finally find some good viewing spots — with fast gravel roads, Swedish forests, lakes, red wooden houses, open fields and plenty of rally action. Radio commentary from the stages accompanies some of the action, together with my own observations about the crews and cars. At the end we return to the crews introduced at the start to see how they finished the rally — including the team I was cheering for, competing in one of the oldest cars in the event.
