My Ant Colony Is About to Get a Brand New Worker

Welcome back to another weekly ant update! 🐜 This week I made the call to hold off on expanding my Messor barbarus colony's space a little longer, and my Lasius niger colony gave us a genuine life-cycle mystery, a pale, ant-shaped stage of development with no visible cocoon. I break down what that actually likely is, plus share an early idea I've been considering for the future of both colonies' setups. Let me know in the comments if you've ever had trouble identifying a brood stage like this! Thanks for all your support. See you next week. #AntKeeping #MessorBarbarus #LasiusNiger #AntColony #WeeklyUpdate #AntFarm #PetAnts #LearnOnTikTok #BugTok #InsectTok #NatureTok #AntLifeCycle #Myrmecology #AntFacts #FYP
