Agnius spent a year in Canada living in a van, traveling and filming the most beautiful corners of this amazing country. This route follows Highway 3, one of Canada’s most historic east-west corridors. Passing through Crowsnest Pass, the road has long served as a key transportation and trade link through the southern Rockies. The area is known for rapidly changing winter weather, strong chinook winds, and sweeping views where mountains meet prairie. Approaching Pincher Creek, the landscape opens into rolling plains, creating a striking contrast between rugged peaks and flatlands—especially dramatic during winter months. This video is ideal for indoor cycling, treadmill walking, running, rowing, or virtual endurance training, providing a realistic sense of forward motion and distance. The steady road perspective helps maintain rhythm and focus during workouts while offering a calm, scenic environment that reduces mental fatigue. It can also be enjoyed as a relaxing background drive, travel inspiration, or a peaceful way to experience Canadian winter landscapes from indoors.
