Unlike Fusion, Mega Stone Swap is about what if a Pokémon Mega evolves using another Pokemon's Mega Stone. Basically, Mega evolve based on how the original Pokemon Mega evolves. For example, if Mega Blastoise gains a giant cannon on the back and two on the arms, while Charizard doesn't have any cannons to begin with, to evolve this way, we'll use it's wings to create a cannon.
