To begin with, this obviously isn’t the most difficult "5-negs" ; this video simply showcases some preliminary results I’ve achieved recently. In my view, this character is actually quite challenging and requires a significant amount of time for trying and learning. Next few days, I’ll try "OCAID -no items" run. Here are some of my personal feelings—these apply not just to "no-item" runs, but to standard gameplay as well: Starting talents: Both "Unchained Beast“&”Stampede“ offer decent POI clearing speed. I personally prefer ”Stampede“ (providing an additional source of AoE "Power" damage ). Attack: Whether Kintaro is separated from his bear or mounted, his attack speed is relatively slow, and his animations have significant recovery frames. While later talents can help mitigate this, I’m not yet sure if the "Frenzy" talent is worth picking up; it does provide some benefit once "Dash-Attack" (Rush Strikes) or "Defense-Attack" (Bold Strikes) builds are fully finished, but it doesn't fundamentally fix the fact that his basic attacks feel clunky. Power: Setting aside comparisons to other characters, "Power" build is exceptionally strong for Kintaro—especially once you acquire the "Skewer" talent. "Skewer" also applies to "Stampede" (I’m not sure if this is a bug or an intended mechanic, but when Kintaro is separated from his bear, "Skewer" by KINTARO can store a damage multiplier—up to 3.8x—for his next "Stampede" After hitting four distinct enemies, his next "Rush" will deal 3.8x 1.4x "Power" damage.) Special: Personally, I wouldn't recommend this playstyle; it’s extremely risky. Beyond that, Kintaro has several "secret weapons" that are particularly effective for no-item runs: 1. "Hardened Skin" provides a substantial amount of armor. 2. While mounted, you effectively always have an "intangible" way available to use (trait). 3. When combined with the "Internal damage" mechanic, "Berserk" can dish out massive damage—provided you can keep your bear from taking further hits that would reduce its maximum "yellow HP”. As for his Ultimate, I highly recommend the first one. While the second Ultimate(“Dohyo”) practically guarantees a win in a no-item run once you reach level 10, the transition phase between levels 5 and 10 is incredibly painful. In this particular game, the "Power" damage was only around 40%; however, if you consistently leverage the "Skewer" mechanic, I believe it could easily reach 60% or even higher—an even more extreme result than what you’d see with Juliet or Aladdin.
