Cowan, TN is a small farming community located on the northern edge of the Cumberland Plateau, just 63 miles north of Chattanooga, TN, and 115 miles south from Nashville, TN. This town is enrich with history from the civil to the railroad laying out the foundation of this community, and today we watch rail action on the CSX Chattanooga Sub in this small community.
