Fairview is presented as a reworking of an earlier Lennar community, but Eric questions whether the materials, ceiling height, and architectural details deliver the level of luxury buyers should expect at this price point. Inside the kitchen, we examine the Monogram appliances, soft-close cabinetry, large-format 24-by-48-inch floor tiles, and the entrance door. The tour then continues into the expansive great room, where the 10-foot ceilings make the space feel different from other high-end new construction homes in Summerlin.
