The Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum is Mumbai’s oldest museum, established in 1857, and is the erstwhile Victoria and Albert Museum, Bombay. The museum building is one of the most important historical sites of the city. It was the first colonial building to be built for the specific purpose of housing a museum. Priyadarshini park is located on Nepean Sea Road in the Malabar Hill area of south Mumbai Maharashtra. Priyadarshini park is a public park and sports complex on Nepean Sea Road in south Mumbai and serves as the largest open green space along that stretch. Dating to the 1970 s the park features an eight lane 400 metre running track alongside tennis courts, cricket nets and a community centre with a sea walk, children’s play area and a pet park. Visitors commonly use the track and courts for jogging and team sports and attend community events held in the park.
