Treppenhaus raus, Lift rein: So einfach ist das nicht. Um die Last des künftigen Aufzugs zusätzlich zu stützen, wird der umgebende Baugrund unter dem Gebäudefundament verstärkt. So geschehen jüngst im Baukomplex Burg. Das Verfahren dazu: Hochdruck-Injektionen. Dabei wird eine Mischung aus Wasser und einer Zement-Speziallösung in den Boden gepresst, wird zu 'Erdbeton' und gibt dem künftigen Einbau sicheren Halt.
