On his second day running ‪@walrusaudioeffects‬, Colt Westbrook walked away from the company's largest customer. Walrus Audio was three people making guitar pedals out of 995 square feet in Oklahoma City. Keeping that account would have been the smart move if they planned to stay small. Colt had a bigger picture for the brand, and he made the call even though it felt, in his words, "scary and brash and foolish."
