Hi Moore & Nourishin Soundz travel to Kingston to attend Caveman (Jamaican Producer and Sound System Operators) event RUB A DUB GARDEN. They are both invited to attend and feature on the show. They make their way from Hanover to Kingston and along the way make some stops to enjoy the journey including making a stop so Hi Moore can record some media for his song "Concregate On A Sunday". They visit the United For Jamaica Foundation briefly before making their way to the event.
