THEN ONE OF US WILL BE A QUEEN

Don Alhambra Del Bolero, the Grand Inquisitor of Spain, has informed newlyweds Tessa and Gianetta that their husbands, Giuseppe and Marco must leave them to assume their duties to jointly rule as kings on the island of Barataria. The women are at first heartbroken at that thought of being separated from their husbands. But Don Alhambra tells them that he will very quickly determine which of the men is the rightful King of Barataria so their separation will be very brief. And upon that assurance, the women realize that once it is determined whether Marco or Giuseppe is king, one of the women will be a queen and realize all the wonderful benefits of royalty.
