6-Finances to the Glory of God, pt2

Evangelist and caretaker for thousands of orphans, George Mueller asked, "Are you giving SYSTEMATICALLY to the Lord's work, or are you leaving it to feeling, to impression made upon you through particular circustances, or to striking appeals? If we do not give from principle systematically, we shall find that our one brief life is gone before we area aware of it, and that, in return, we have done little for that adorable One who bought us with His precious blood, and to Whom belongs all we have and are." In our marriage study last week, be began looking at biblical stewardship and a brief biblical theology of finance. Simple biblical principles instruct us that (1) our money comes from God, (2) it is neither good nor bad, (3) it is not the most important thing in life, (4) is to be spent wisely, and (5) it not just for ourselves.
