Disclaimer: I respect my doctor and all professionals involved in my care and birth — however my disappointment is rooted deeply in the feeling that I believe I could have had a natural birth — given a different environment and conditions (I imagine a holistic private clinic with a doula and my mother by my side would have been close to perfect to facilitate a natural birth.) The beginning of the video starts at 38/39 weeks, and I share the SIGNS of possible labour approaching. It then proceeds to 42 weeks where I go into labour, and then end the mission with a c-section, and then I share my aftercare, afterthoughts and feelings. This is just a very real account — nothing too exciting but more real and personal. I hope this helps a pregnant Mama or another Mama who is hoping for a VBAC. I believe YOU CAN.
