Rolling Legends #6 – Ford Focus MK1 APK Nightmare! 🔧🔥

Today we continue working on the 2004 Ford Focus MK1 Estate, getting it ready for inspection. What looked like a normal list of repairs turned into quite a bit more work than expected. In this episode: 🔧 Rear brakes cleaned and adjusted because of braking imbalance 🔧 CV boot replaced 🔧 Leaking exhaust manifold gasket replaced 🔧 Rotten subframe replaced 🔧 Existing control arms reused, because the car is only expected to stay in use for about one more year 🔧 Wipers sorted for inspection 🔧 Everything checked and rebuilt before inspection And then there was the sill repair… I welded the sill at the customer’s place, so that part wasn’t filmed. During the welding, some of the interior insulation caught fire. That caused a hole in the carpet and several melted wires, including wiring for the fuel pump. In the video I show the damage, the burned wiring and how I repaired it. This isn’t a restoration.
