Join this immersive 4K walking tour through CANALETTO – Das Dresdner Stadtfest, filmed in the warm evening sun in August 2026. 🎡🇩🇪 This is not a quiet sightseeing walk. Dresden’s historic center is packed with visitors, food stalls, market stands and stages. Music drifts in from every direction, conversations blend into a constant festival buzz and bass from nearby speakers follows us through the Old Town. The walk begins at Altmarkt and continues past Kulturpalast into the crowded Schlossstrasse. From Neumarkt and Frauenkirche, we move through Töpferstrasse and the dense crowds beside the Procession of Princes before reaching Schlossplatz and the remarkably busy Augustus Bridge. After a short view across the Elbe, the route leads to Theaterplatz and its main festival stage, a smaller stage with breakdancers and the Ferris wheel at Postplatz. We then return to Altmarkt and finish near Frauenkirche on Neumarkt. 🎧 Recorded with binaural audio for an immersive experience. Headphones are strongly recommended.
