Step into the CRT television aesthetic and follow the narrative through experimental electronic beats, atmospheric instrumentals, and alt-pop, alt-rap, and spoken word. The Lyrics: I need to disconnect, In retrospect! With nature Reconnect then Introspect! Why is it that when I sit down, Let’s play around! My brain just wants to pace around? Look at the ground! Watching my own mind drown, Why does the world smell sort of Foul? I’m fed up! Brain, shut up! Relaxing is a skill! Boredom! Aim! Shoot! Kill! I can’t sit still, no, I can’t sit still! Relaxing is a skill! Boredom! Aim! Shoot! Kill! I can’t sit still, no, I can’t sit still! Let’s get some solutions, They offer resolutions! Wait! Let’s see! "Drink some tea, make sure it’s green!" "Take this supplement, it keeps you lean!" Wait, this feels illegal, someone call the police! They can’t get away with this release! Make sure that you hold this yoga pose! "Meditate! Lift up your nose!" "Breathwork time!" "Relax your spine!" How do you do it? How do you actually stick through it? Relaxing is a skill! Boredom! Aim! Shoot! Kill! I can’t sit still, no, I can’t sit still! Relaxing is a skill! Boredom! Aim! Shoot! Kill! I can’t sit still, no, I can’t sit still! Imagination technique, The picture must be unique! Walk around, make a sound, Inhale the magic in deep! Who is there? How do they smell? Try to keep this mighty spell! Take a deep breath, maybe two, Hold tight! Release it, no fight! Visualize exactly and make it be, Drop a post, on this coast! And set yourself free! Relaxing is a skill! Boredom! Aim! Shoot! Kill! I can’t sit still, no, I can’t sit still! Relaxing is a skill! Boredom! Aim! Shoot! Kill! I can’t sit still, no, I can’t sit still! Hmm... did it work? Did I plug the cork? Man, I’m still broke!
