Can You Be a Conscientious Objector in Ready or Not?

Can you complete a mission in Ready or Not without killing a single suspect? I decided to find out. The rules were simple: I could arrest suspects, use non-lethal weapons, flashbangs, tasers, and whatever else I could get my hands on, but nobody was allowed to die.
