Sketching Portraits with Neocolor II and using them in every way I can think of

Today we are working on portraits for our 100 heads challenge and this month’s medium is NEOCOLOR II! I wanted to explore every way we could use these, from dry to wet to everything in between and I surprisingly had so much fun… even with the water ones!
