I Brought a Rusted VW Chassis Back to Life | Full Restoration

A Year Long FULL BUILD of a 1956 VW Beetle chassis, complete start to finish in one hour. This is a full VW Beetle chassis restoration, a year of work condensed into one time lapse. We separate the body from the chassis, make heavy rust repairs, plasma cut out the old floors and weld in new floor pans, then restore the front beam and steering box. From there we clean and install the transmission, restore the wheels and tires, install the engine, and finish with a complete brake system overhaul: all-new brake lines, new wheel cylinders, and brake drums refurbished from the old rusty originals. The finished chassis is painted black and the before and after is awesome.
