Stigma, taboos, a lack of factual information, and inadequate period products and facilities is the challenging reality of menstruation for millions of women and girls worldwide, including those in Mehe village, located in the Mayo-Sava Division of Cameroon's Far North Region. In this video, we document the real, unfiltered stories of the women and girls in Mehe village and share their journey toward bleeding with pride. This is just the beginning!
