Dropped VW Caddy Door FIXED – Welding the Hinge Back On!

This Mk3 VW Caddy came to me with a severely dropped door – so bad that the hinge mount bracket had ripped clean out of the door skin! In this video, I take on the repair by welding the hinge back in place rather than replacing the entire door. It was a time-consuming job with its fair share of challenges, but it proved to be an effective fix that saved a lot of money and avoided the hassle of sourcing a replacement panel and risking colour-match problems.
