They may say the guitar player’s great or the bass player or the singer, which is true, but ultimately it falls down to the drummer.” “It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing“ “You could read a book and I could read a book. The way you read it and the way I read it’s going to be totally different, but we’re reading exactly the same thing. It’s the same too with drumming.” “If you’re doing music - I know it sounds really corny and a bit naive - but you really have to enjoy it. If you don’t enjoy it, don’t do it.” “The more you play, the better you get“ “Sometimes we don’t know what works until we try and we’ve just got to try it and some things work better than others” “Keep it simple” --- 🥁 Experience this electrifying performance by Kenny Clare with Tony Bennett -    • Kenny Clare  %3 --- 🔗 STAY CONNECTED: visit my website at https://www.windsordrums.com 🥁 🤝 SUPPORT THIS PODCAST: you can help in creating new content that inspires and uplifts by donating here: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted... 🔔 SUBSCRIBE ON YOUTUBE: Don't miss any episode, subscribe to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/windsordrum... 🎥 GROOVE GURU PODCAST FULL VIDEO EPISODES: Watch all full episodes on my website: https://www.windsordrums.com/podcast #BillyDoherty #TheUndertones #TeenageKicks #FeargalSharkey #GrooveGuruPodcast #RockAndRoll #Truth #Drums #Drummer #Drumming #DoWhatYouLove #LoveWhatYouDo #Grateful #Gratitude #Fun
