We headed to the North Cornish coast chasing one of the UK's most exciting shore species – Tope! In Todays adventure I was joined by my long-time school friend and fellow angler - Ben , for some summer fishing. Despite putting in the hours, battling the heat, losing fish and enduring long quiet spells, the Tope just weren't playing ball. Rather than calling it quits, we stuck it out, changed tactics, and managed to avoid the dreaded blank ... with a couple of welcome surprise species.
